２．50% erasing capacity of 50µM DPPH

The sample solution is sequentially diluted with ETOH (1 ml), mixed with a 50 µM DPPH solution (4 ml), reacted for the specified time, and the absorbance is measured at 517 nm.
Elimination rate (%) = [1- (A sample-A blank) / ADPPH] x 100%
※The fat-soluble vitamin C and astaxanthin could not be measured in this test because the results required for IC50 were not obtained in the preliminary test system.

３．Taxifolin tyrosinase inhibitory effect

It shows high activity in a concentration-dependent manner.Has excellent whitening function.

４．Taxifolin's neutrophil elastase inhibitory activity

Because taxifolin inhibited neutrophil elastase in a concentration-dependent manner
It was thought that a wrinkle prevention effect could be expected.

６．Vitamin C residual rate when Siberian deciduous pine extract is added

The residual rate of ascorbic acid was measured in the aqueous solution prepared to have an ascorbic acid concentration of 0.125 mg / ml with 1% of Siberia grace added and with no ascorbic acid added.We also compared the ones that were heated at 90 ° C for 30 minutes and then stored for three days and the ones that were stored for three days without heating. Siberian grace was thought to have a protective effect even with warmed ascorbic acid.
